Delaney Bros Vinaigrette was developed in 1950 as a product to be sold at the Delaney Bros retail fish market. The Vinaigrette was sold as a salad dressing and marinade. When Delaney Bros was sold in 1969, Fran Delaney kept the Vinaigrette as the house salad dressing for his new restaurant, Delaneys. We thank Delaney Bros and Fran for allowing us to continue manufacturing this great salad dressing and marinade.
